Introducing job listings: Get applications from verified, matching tech talent

For the first time, candidates on OfferZen can see and apply to jobs and employers can get applications directly from screened, qualified OfferZen candidates. But this isn’t your average job board that floods your inbox with 100 irrelevant applications every day.

Candidates have to pass three layers of matching before they can apply to an OfferZen job listing:

  • Get accepted to OfferZen: 2700+ tech professionals apply to join the OfferZen marketplace every month. Only 37% of these profiles are accepted based on skill checks carried out by our dedicated curation tooling and team.
  • Pass intent checks: Every candidate accepted to OfferZen needs to chat to their talent advisor to confirm active job-seeking intent and profile accuracy.
  • Match with a role: Once a candidate is live on OfferZen, they can see matching jobs and apply directly.

This means that only matching candidates with verified skills and job-seeking intent can apply to OfferZen job listings. Candidates can see how well they match jobs on OfferZen:
